Subscription and Payments
The Quarterly Broadcast subscription is billed at £917 + VAT per month, covering one full quarter of service. This includes one on-site shoot per quarter and all standard post-production services detailed below. The subscription continues on a rolling basis until cancelled in writing. A minimum of three months’ notice is required for cancellation, allowing a final shoot and delivery to be completed. All payments are non-refundable once a new quarter begins. All invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise stated.
Trial Shoot Offer (Step 1)
A one-off trial shoot is available at a discounted rate of £1,500 + VAT. A 10% deposit (£150 + VAT) is required upon booking. The balance is invoiced following approval of the final edit. There is no obligation to proceed with a subscription after the trial shoot.
Booking and Scheduling
Clients receive a one-time-use booking link six weeks before the start of each quarter. Shoots must be scheduled with a minimum of 7 calendar days’ notice of the shoot date. If no booking is made within 3 weeks of the quarter’s start, a reminder will be issued. Unbooked sessions not completed within the quarter will be forfeited and cannot be rolled over.
Rescheduling Policy (Step 1Trial Clients and Step 2 Subscribers)
Clients may reschedule a confirmed shoot with a minimum of 7 calendar days’ notice at no charge.
Rescheduling with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a £250 short-notice fee, to cover committed crew and transport costs. For subscribers, shoots must still be completed within the same quarter. If no new date can be arranged before the quarter ends, the session will be forfeited. We will always do our best to accommodate alternative dates where possible.
Cancellations
Trial Clients (Step 1)
Cancellations made more than 7 calendar days before the scheduled shoot will result in the forfeiture of the deposit (10% of the shoot fee). Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot may be charged up to 75% of the total shoot fee. Cancellations on the day of filming, or while the crew is in transit or on site, may be charged at 90% of the shoot fee. Any third-party or unrecoverable costs (e.g., freelance crew, transport, permits) will also be billed to the client where applicable.
Subscribers (Step 2)
Subscribers may cancel their ongoing service by providing a minimum of 3 months’ written notice. This allows for one final shoot and full delivery before service concludes. If payment is missed or cancelled during an active quarter, we reserve the right to pause or suspend service immediately, and to invoice the outstanding balance for the full quarter. Individual shoot cancellations (within a subscription) are subject to the rescheduling policy and may incur the £250 short-notice fee, but do not affect the subscription agreement or quarterly billing.
On-Site Time and Filming Duration
Each session includes up to 5 hours of active filming, typically suitable for up to five speakers. We also require up to 1 hour beforehand for setup and approximately 30 minutes afterwards to pack down. Please allow for this in your room bookings or internal schedule. If filming runs over the 5-hour filming window, additional time is charged at £149 per hour, billed in 1-hour increments. We recommend limiting each session to five speakers or fewer to avoid overrun.
Editing and Post-Production
Each shoot includes up to 4 working days of post-production. This covers standard editing, grading, formatting, captions (up to 1 hour), motion graphics, and delivery. Up to two rounds of edit feedback are included. Additional editing time is charged at £550 per day. Complex requests such as multiple versions, extensive animation, significant restructuring, or long-form captioning may require additional time. All additional work will be quoted and agreed in advance.

If you would like access to editing project files or templates, we’re happy to provide them on request, subject to formatting and export time. We do reserve the right to use selected footage for our own promotional use (e.g. showreels or case studies), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
