'Quarterly Broadcast' FAQs

🔹 What’s included in each quarterly shoot?

Each subscription includes a 5-hour shoot at your London office (up to 5 speakers), full editing, music licensing, motion graphics, captions, and delivery. You’ll also receive two rounds of edit feedback and access to our planning and booking system.

🔹 How long will your team be on site?

We’ll typically be with you for around 6.5 hours in total. This includes up to 5 hours of filming (many use less), plus 1 hour beforehand for setup and approximately 30 minutes afterwards for pack-down. Please make sure room bookings and access arrangements allow for the full duration.

🔹 What if the shoot runs over?

If filming goes beyond the included 5-hour window, additional time is charged at £149 per hour, billed in full-hour increments. To stay on schedule, we recommend filming no more than five speakers per session.

🔹 Can editing time overrun?

Most standard edits, cutdowns, captions (up to 1 hour), and branded formatting, are fully covered. Complex requests like narrative restructuring, additional versions, advanced animation, or long-form captioning may exceed the included 4 days of post-production. If that happens, extra editing time is charged at £550 per day, always quoted in advance.

This isn’t just a shoot, it’s a repeatable, strategic system built for rhythmic quarterly content. It’s streamlined, stress-free, and run by a highly experienced director who helps your team shine on camera.

🔹 What’s included in the first £1,500 trial shoot?

Everything you need to experience the full service: up to 5 presenters filmed at your London location, edited videos, captions, music licensing, access to our booking system, and full support throughout.

🔹 Do we need to provide scripts?

Not necessarily. We offer pre-shoot planning, scripting support, and tools like teleprompters and bullet-point prompts. We’ll help sharpen your messaging and guide confident delivery.

🔹 What if our team isn’t confident on camera?

That’s totally normal. With over 25 years of presenter coaching, we work with your team using patient, proven techniques that build confidence quickly.

🔹 Is this a one-off or a subscription?

You decide. The first shoot is a standalone, low-risk trial. If you're happy, you can move into a subscription with quarterly shoots and full ongoing support.

🔹 What does the £917/month subscription cover?

Everything from the trial shoot, repeated each quarter: filming, editing, motion graphics, coaching, music, captions, scheduling system, and support. There are no hidden costs.

🔹 What if we need to reschedule a shoot?

Trial clients and subscribers can reschedule as many times as needed, free of charge, with at least 7 days’ notice.

Rescheduling within 7 days of the shoot will incur a £250 short-notice fee to cover booked crew and transport.

For subscribers, rescheduled shoots must still take place within the same quarter to avoid forfeiture.

🔹How are the videos delivered?

Via secure Vimeo links with backups. All videos are neatly organised and ready to share on your website, social channels, or with stakeholders.

🔹 Can you match our branding?

Yes. We’ll load your brand assets, logos, fonts, templates, into our system and apply them consistently to every video we deliver.

🔹How much time does this take from our team?

Usually less than an hour per speaker, just once a quarter. We handle everything, setup, coaching, filming, editing, delivery, so you can focus on your role while we make your firm shine.

🔹 Can we pause or cancel the subscription?

You’re in control. You can cancel the subscription with 3 months’ written notice, allowing for a final shoot and full wrap-up. Pauses aren't currently available.

🔹 When will I get my booking link?

You’ll receive a unique, one-time-use booking link 6 weeks before each quarter begins. That’s your window to choose a date that fits your team’s schedule.

🔹 Is there a deadline to book?

Yes. All shoots must be scheduled at least 7 calendar days before your chosen date to allow for planning and crew allocation.

🔹 What happens if we forget to book?

We’ll send a reminder if no booking is made within the first 3 weeks of the quarter and another closer to the time. Unbooked shoots cannot be rolled over, if you don’t schedule and complete a shoot within the quarter, it will be forfeited.

🔹 Can we use the footage for other projects?

Absolutely. Once delivered, the content is yours to repurpose for social media, client updates, internal comms, pitch decks, whatever you need. Extra edits or versions can be quoted on request.

🔹 Can we sit in on the editing process?

You’ll have two rounds of feedback with clear opportunities to shape the edit. While all editing is done remotely from our studio in Bath, you're always welcome to visit, sit in, or be as involved as you’d like.

🔹 What kinds of content can we create?

Quarterly Broadcast is designed for consistent, professional reporting. Each quarter, you can create up to 5 core videos, with up to 3 cutdowns per video, 15 content pieces in total. Use them for client updates, investment commentaries, team insights, or whatever your stakeholders need to see and trust. Need more?
